  • Individual and Relationship Therapy (In-Person or Virtual)

    We combine talk-based and experiential therapies to help restore your body and mind’s innate capacity to heal. We draw on a range of techniques and strategies to help you confront thoughts and emotions, and process events in order to restore a sense of aliveness. We are here to support you in facing the depression and anxiety that arise in our lives.

    We also work with all relationship structures to improve communication, increase trust and empathy, and enhance the overall happiness and satisfaction.

  • Group Therapy: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

    Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a research-based program created by psychologists to heighten the power of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and reduce the impact of depression and anxiety. A unique approach to group therapy, each 8-week course includes:

    • Eight weekly 2-hour sessions

    • A half-day virtual retreat

    • Mindful movement rooted in yoga

    • Guided meditations

    • Class activities

    • Group discussion

    • Supplemental recordings for home practice

  • Gender Affirming Support

    We can help you in your process with letter writing and surgery support for trans and gender expansive clients.

  • Clinical Supervision and Consultation

    We also offer ongoing supervision to therapists who are looking to integrate trauma-informed therapies and somatic/experiential approaches in working with clients. We assist pre-licensed and fully licensed clinicians with developing and honing therapeutic skills, infusing anti-oppression practices into clinical work, and cultivating affirming practices for working with LGBTQIA+ clients.

Fees

  • Each individual 45 minute session is $150, plus $50 for partners. We do offer a sliding scale based on necessity.

    There are a small number of $50 slots reserved for BIPOC and other underserved community members.
